WB SKILLS PROJECT
The World Bank’s Skills Development Project focuses on strengthening workforce readiness in Djibouti by improving the quality and relevance of technical and vocational education systems. The initiative supports curriculum reform, institutional capacity building, and partnerships with private sector employers to better align training programs with evolving labor market demands. By collaborating with government institutions and industry stakeholders, the project aims to expand employment opportunities, enhance workforce productivity, and promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth nationwide.
WB PRODA PROJECT
The World Bank’s PRODA (Expanding Opportunities for Learning) Project focuses on improving access to quality basic education in Djibouti while strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy outcomes. The initiative supports teacher training, curriculum development, and early childhood education reforms, particularly in underserved communities. By working closely with the Ministry of Education and key stakeholders, the project aims to enhance instructional quality, expand equitable learning opportunities, and build long-term human capital to support sustainable social and economic development.
WB SDG IMPACT STANDARD
HOA RED SEA INTERPRETING SARL provided professional interpretation services for a high-level training on SDG Impact Standards, impact management, and measurement conducted in Djibouti. The program aimed to strengthen institutional capacity to integrate sustainability into strategic decision-making processes and align operations with measurable development outcomes. Our team delivered accurate simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, ensuring clarity between international experts, sustainability practitioners, consultants, and institutional leaders. Through thorough preparation and subject-matter alignment, we supported effective knowledge transfer and contributed to advancing responsible, impact-driven practices aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
WB DJIRESA MISSION
HOA RED SEA INTERPRETING SARL provided high-level conference interpretation services for the Djiresa meeting organized in collaboration with the World Bank. The project focused on advancing dialogue around economic development, governance, and institutional strengthening initiatives in Djibouti. Our team delivered precise simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in French and English, ensuring seamless communication between government officials, World Bank representatives, and development partners. Through rigorous terminology preparation and subject-matter alignment, we contributed to the clarity, effectiveness, and professionalism of the discussions, supporting informed decision-making and productive stakeholder engagement.
